Facebook Quiz App
ACTION 1: Login to your Facebook account. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click the Applications tab in the lower left corner. On the menu that pops up, click Browse More Applications at the bottom.
ACTION 2: On the page of apps, there's a Search Apps box near the upper left corner. Use that the box to browse for the app Quiz Developer. I chose Quiz Developer because it's simple to figure out and has fewer actions than a few of the other test creators.
ACTION 3: Click the Quiz Developer application. On the next page that appears, click the button Go To Application in the upper left corner. Another page will appear to ask you to enable the application to access your individual data. Click Allow. Lastly, you'll get to the page where you begin creating the quiz.
ACTION 4: On the very first page, you'll be asked to get in some standard info about your quiz. Follow the triggers and enter your quiz name-- for example, "Exactly what kind of pet dog are you?" Complete a brief description of the test. Publish a picture from your computer to illustrate your test.
ACTION 5: Get in the outcomes of your quiz-- golden retriever, Labrador retriever, German shepherd, French bulldog-- in addition to the descriptions the quiz taker will see together with their outcomes. Follow the triggers to upload a picture to accompany each result.
ACTION 6: Get in the questions for your test, and pair the answers with the preferred outcome. For instance:
Concerns: What is your preferred food?
Response: Anything-- Labrador retriever
Answer: Caviar-- poodle
Answer: Steak-- German shepherd
Response: Kibble-- golden retriever
ACTION 7: Click Next. This takes you to a page with a giant button: Install the Developer App. That pops open a new page. Click Permit. This is where the going gets tricky. Facebook needs lots of clicks to produce the real test application.
ACTION 8: Go back to the previous page, where there's another giant button: YES, I have the Designer App. Click that.
ACTION 9: Take a deep breath. Exhale. You're going to require to follow a bunch of guidelines to pop up a bunch of windows. Some of them will direct you to yet other windows. The objective is to obtain some long, gibberish-to-you but important-to-the-computer text strings from one window, and paste them into another. Why do you even need to do that? I have no idea.
Facebook isn't the biggest at user interfaces, and it suffers as a result. Lots of people will abandon the procedure here instead of hang in there. You're a Gadgetwise reader, though, so make me proud and curse this multi-window authentication procedure even as you finish it. But after a half lots windows with instructions written by a software application developer, asking you to please be patient type this into that window, you'll suddenly have a page with your test displayed on it.
ACTION 10: The last step in the test production procedure requires you to welcome one or more Facebook good friends to attempt your quiz. Now you know why you get numerous of them.
And one more thing please don’t forget to share this awesome trick to use the Facebook Quiz App with your friends.
